Payments & Cancellation Policies

Payments Policy

Payment is accepted via bank transfer or via Credit Card on request, prior to the session commencing.

An invoice will be emailed to your nominated email address after your appointment.

Payment is to be made within 7 days of your appointment, preferably on the day.

There is no HICAPS machine to allow private health rebate payments in clinic. Your invoice will have all the relevant details to send off to your health fund.

Cancellation policy

24 hours’ notice is required for private paying clients to cancel or reschedule their appointment, otherwise a partial appointment fee is charged.

1 weeks notice is required for NDIS participants to reschedule or cancel their appointments as per the NDIS policy. Sickness cancellation is 50% of the fee.

All Saturday cancellations will incur the full appointment fee if cancelled on the day.

Failure to attend will incur a full cancellation fee.

Sickness Cancellation for private paying clients is before 8 am on the day of the appointment, otherwise a fee may be charged.
